Build strength and tone muscles in legs, using your body weight as resistance.
Ability to focus development on specific leg muscle groups by degree of leg and foot extension/ position
1. Stretch and Warm-up for 5 minutes prior to any exercise.
2. Sit upright in seat facing center, place feet on foot-pads, and grasp handles at seat-base beside thighs.
3. Begin with feet flat on foot-pad and knees bent with seat assembly resting at frame of structure.
4. Push whole body away from frame with smooth and even pace, extending legs until almost straight, pause and bring seat assembly back to rest at frame (you can vary muscle group by turning toes slightly inward or outward during press, and tip-toeing during press).
5. Use correct posture with shoulders back, head and chin up, and tighten your abdominal muscles. Look forward, not down.
6. Remember to breathe in at extension, and breathe out during return to frame, in a smooth rate.
7. Stretch appropriate muscles to ensure recovery to resting position and prevent soreness.
8. Age Range: 12 Yrs old and up (child should be supervised by adult)
Shipping by EXW Factory and FOB Ningbo are preferred. Other methods can be arranged.
